Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information RocketSignal ("we", "us") collects when you use rocketsignal.ai, the RocketSignal TradingView indicator, our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok and X) and related messages (the "Service"), and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are. RocketSignal is a trade name of [OWNER LEGAL NAME], a sole proprietor based in San Diego, California, USA. Mailing address: [MAILING ADDRESS]. Email: [email protected].

What we collect

• Purchase details from Whop. When you start a trial or buy a plan, Whop processes the payment and shares with us details such as your name, email address, plan, purchase dates and subscription status. We never see or store your full card or bank details; those are handled by Whop and its payment partners.
• Your TradingView username, which you enter at checkout so we can add it to the indicator's access list on TradingView, and remove it when your plan ends.
• Messages you send us by email ([email protected]) or by direct message on Instagram, TikTok or X, including your username and anything you write. Email sent to [email protected] is forwarded by Cloudflare to a Microsoft Outlook mailbox, where we read and answer it.
• Instagram automation data. If you comment a keyword such as "ROCKET" on our Instagram posts, our messaging tool (ManyChat) replies publicly to your comment and sends you direct messages. Before sending the website link, it asks you to follow our account and checks whether you do. About 30 minutes later it sends one follow-up message. To do this, ManyChat stores you as a contact with your Instagram username and profile name (and profile picture, if Instagram shares it), your comment, the messages exchanged, whether you follow us, and whether you clicked the links it sent.
• Social media interactions. When you comment on, like, share or message our posts on Instagram, TikTok or X, that platform shows us your public username and what you post, and gives us aggregated statistics about our posts. Those platforms collect their own data under their own privacy policies.
• Basic technical data. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter out bots. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you visit. We do not use analytics tools, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on rocketsignal.ai.

How we use it

• to give you access to the indicator and remove it when your plan ends;
• to provide support and answer your messages and comments;
• to send you the website link and follow-up message you asked for by commenting a keyword;
• to send service messages about your plan (for example, access confirmations, billing or trial notices, and changes to the Service or our policies);
• to understand which posts and messages work, in aggregate;
• to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising or for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the Service, each under their own privacy policies:

• Whop (checkout, payments, memberships)
• TradingView (your username is added to the script's access list)
• ManyChat and Meta/Instagram (comment replies and automated DMs)
• TikTok and X (posts, comments and messages on those platforms)
• Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding)
• Google (website fonts)
• Microsoft Outlook (where our support email is delivered)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase and access records for as long as you have an active plan, and afterwards for as long as needed for tax, accounting and dispute purposes (generally up to 7 years). Your TradingView username is removed from the indicator's access list when your plan ends. Support messages are kept for up to 2 years. Instagram automation records in ManyChat are kept until you ask us to delete them or we stop using the automation. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to those legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop non-essential messages, by emailing [email protected]. To stop automated Instagram messages, tell us in the DM or by email and we will remove you from the automation. We may ask you to confirm a request from the email address or account it relates to. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to know what we collect and to not be discriminated against for using your rights. We will respond within 30 days.

Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites, and we do not let third parties collect personal information about your online activities over time and across websites through rocketsignal.ai, other than the technical data Cloudflare and Google receive as described above. Because there is no cross-site tracking to turn off, the site does not change how it works in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Visitors from the EU and UK

We are based in the United States. If EU or UK data protection law applies to you: we process your information to perform our contract with you (purchases, access and support), for our legitimate interests (running and protecting the site, answering messages, sending the link you asked for, and understanding which posts work), and to meet legal obligations (such as tax and accounting). Your information is processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may not have the same data protection laws as your country; where required, those providers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your information, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to what is needed to run the Service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date shows the latest version. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the website and email active members before it takes effect.
