Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rocketsignal.ai, the RocketSignal TradingView indicator, and any related alerts, emails, messages and content (together, the "Service"), provided by [OWNER LEGAL NAME], a sole proprietor based in San Diego, California, doing business as RocketSignal ("RocketSignal", "we", "us"). By starting a trial, buying a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
RocketSignal is a charting tool. It is an invite-only indicator on TradingView that draws labels such as BUY and SELL on your chart when a fixed, pre-defined set of rules is met, and it can send alerts when that happens. It does the same thing for every user. It does not know your finances, goals or risk tolerance, and it does not place trades for you.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, trading, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any security, futures contract, cryptocurrency or other instrument. The Service provides general, impersonal information for educational and research purposes. You alone decide whether and how to trade, and you are solely responsible for those decisions and their results. Consider speaking with a licensed professional before trading.
3. Risk
Trading futures, options, leveraged products and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss, and you can lose more than you deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
4. Hypothetical and past performance
Results shown on our website, social media and elsewhere include hypothetical (backtested) results and examples from past market sessions. HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. Highlighted sessions are selected examples, not a complete or typical record, and results from our live paper (simulated) account are also simulated, not actual trading. Past performance, real or simulated, does not guarantee future results. Points and returns shown are generally before commissions, fees and slippage unless stated otherwise.
5. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You need your own TradingView account; a free TradingView account works. You are responsible for giving us the correct TradingView username at checkout and for keeping your TradingView and Whop accounts secure.
6. Plans, trials and automatic renewal
- Monthly (automatic renewal): $25 per month, billed through Whop. Your Monthly subscription renews automatically every month, and you will be charged $25 each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term.
- Free trial: the Monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it, but you are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically and you will be charged $25 when the trial ends and every month after that. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends.
- Founding price: the Monthly price you sign up at stays the same for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel and later sign up again, the price in effect at that time applies.
- Lifetime: a one-time payment of $850 for access for as long as we operate the Service (see section 9). Lifetime is not a subscription and never renews.
- How to cancel: you can cancel online at any time from your Whop account, or by emailing [email protected] and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops all future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
- Notices: we will email you before any material change to your subscription terms, with information on how to cancel, and at least once a year we will remind you of your subscription, its price and how to cancel.
- Payments are processed by Whop and its payment partners. Prices for new purchases may change.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Access and license
When your purchase or trial starts, we add your TradingView username to the RocketSignal script's access list, usually within a few hours. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the indicator for your own trading and research while your plan is active. You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense or lend your access, or let anyone else use it;
- copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or try to extract the source code or rules;
- redistribute signals, alerts or screenshots as part of a competing or paid service;
- use the Service in any way that breaks the law or TradingView's rules.
We may suspend or remove access for any breach of these Terms, without refund.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on TradingView, Whop, Instagram, ManyChat, Cloudflare and other third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, errors, data feeds or policies. Signals depend on TradingView's data, which can be delayed, revised or wrong. Alerts can arrive late or not at all.
9. Changes to the Service
We may update, change or discontinue the indicator, its rules, its features or the Service at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the Service; if we permanently shut it down within 12 months of a Lifetime purchase, we will refund the unused portion of that purchase on a pro-rata basis over 12 months.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, the indicator, its rules, our website, images, videos and brand are owned by RocketSignal and protected by law. "TradingView" is a trademark of TradingView, Inc.; RocketSignal is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TradingView, Whop or Instagram.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SIGNALS WILL BE PROFITABLE, ACCURATE, TIMELY OR UNINTERRUPTED.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCKETSIGNAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold RocketSignal harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your trading, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits those rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. If we make a material change, we will post it here and email active members before it takes effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
